Land Preparation
Plans, dependencies and verified status
Site access
The plan describes access from an existing state road through a proposed 18-metre road, with a second planned 25-metre access between Homefields and Chipinge Township Reserves.
Water supply
The short-term concept uses 12 existing boreholes and an existing reservoir. Borehole capacity testing is still required to confirm yield and final requirements.
Sewer treatment
The plan sets aside 1.6388 hectares for sewer treatment ponds and requires the treatment system to be designed in accordance with applicable EMA standards.
Electricity
The planned supply depends on the capacity of the existing Chipinge electricity network.
Roads and storm-water drainage
Road and storm-water works are planned in line with the development permit, including surfaced roads.
